The new Internet2 Network design is nearly complete and collocation and equipment orders are already being processed.  Currently, we plan to have these segments delivered to Internet2 on the following dates with the transition work to be completed with individual connectors in the weeks and months following each segment’s delivery:

• New York City – Washington DC – Chicago:  November 15, 2006
• New York City – Boston – Cleveland:  March 1, 2007
• Washington DC – Atlanta – Chicago:  March 1, 2007
• Chicago – Kansas City – Houston – Atlanta:  March 1, 2007
• Kansas City – Denver – El Paso – Houston:  April 1, 2007
• Denver – Salt Lake City – Seattle – Sunnyvale – Salt Lake City:  May 1, 2007
• Sunnyvale – San Diego – El Paso:  June 1, 2007
